Delphi Rise (formerly Drug and Alcohol Council, Inc. ) is a community-based behavioral health agency, serving Rochester and the Finger Lakes since 1936, with Outpatient Treatment Program, School-based Prevention Education and Counseling, Monroe County Reentry Services, Mental Health First Aid training provider, Supported Forensic Housing, Domestic Violence Education, Case Management in Rochester JDP Court, and Care Management Services as a NYS Department of Health – Health Homes Care Provider Agency. Delphi is also the lead agency for RecoveryNet’s Open Access Clinic (A 24/7 Access Center located at 1350 University Avenue that offers  on-demand, immediate Substance Abuse Evaluation to determine what type of care you need—detox, inpatient, outpatient—and get you linked to an agency to provide those services. They can also provide transportation to the treatment facility even if it’s out of Monroe County)

East House has a mix of community residences for individuals in recovery from mental illness which are licensed through the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and substance use disorder which are licensed through the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS). All community residences have staff onsite 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Clients at the residences receive rehabilitative support, medication management, recovery services, care coordination and vocation and education services.

Outpatient chemical dependency program that promotes recovery from addiction and co-occurring disorders (such as mental illness) through an integrated care model. The program offers initial intensive group and individual treatment, aftercare, family services, and Medication Assisted Treatment including methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone, Subutex, Zubsolv) and monthly injectable naltrexone (Vivitrol), as well as oral naltrexone, acamprosate (Campral), disulfiram (Antabuse), varenicline (Chantix), and nicotine replacement medications.  To meet the unique needs of the Latinx population, Sobriedad Fuerte is a program for people with a primary substance use disorder and/or co-occurring disorders.

The Rochester Regional Health Behavioral Health Access and Crisis Center is available for those who need help with a mental health or substance use issue. In many situations, you or a loved one may need assistance right away, but not the full resources of the emergency department. The Center can be an alternative to a trip to the emergency department for an urgent mental health need. Licensed clinicians can assist you with problem solving and safety planning, and they can connect you to other programs and resources for a variety of ongoing mental health and substance use conditions. Access is available to those without health insurance.

Licensed by the NYS Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse; staff are credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselors. 29 furnished apartments available for women over the age of 18 including women with children. Experienced, trained staff help women overcome the effects of domestic violence and other trauma. Social activities such as holiday parties provide women with the opportunity to form supportive friendships, addressing the isolation that often accompanies chemical dependency. On site drop-in child care available. Program offers both individual and group counseling and weekly skill-building workshops and referrals to community resources such as health care and vocational training.
