Areas of Service:
Motivational coaching, benefits advocacy, and housing assistance
Support in linkage to behavioral health, medical, transportation, legal and vocational services.
Clients:
Individuals 18 years or older who have a substance use and/or co-occurring disorder;
Monroe County resident with three or more DHS applications and/or Emergency Housing utilizations in the past 12 months;
Eligible for Temporary Assistance.
Payment Method: Temporary Assistance.
